How to book your Private Rome Tour

To book a Rome tour you will select a day and your hotel information. Once you have submitted the form, we will arrange the tour and confirm all the details back to you by email within 48 hrs. If your travel arrangements change, you may cancel/change the booking at any time up to 2 clear working days prior to the date of your tour.

Hotel Pick-up/Drop-off

Hotel Pick-up / Drop-off: This service is included in the price of the day tour of Rome for the vast majority of hotels in Rome. For hotels at the airport or outside the City Center we charge a small supplement for a private transfer to connect with the tour. At the time of booking we will advise you if there are any additional costs before processing your reservation.
For passengers arriving into Rome on a cruise ship, we can pick up/drop off guests from/to Civitavecchia Porto at an additional cost. To book this option you must book separate cruise port transfers between Civitavecchia and Rome. If you choose to combine transfers with a scheduled tour commencing in Rome, take into consideration the travelling time from the Port of Civitavecchia to Rome. It’s approximately 1 hour and you should allow minimum 30 minutes to disembark cruise ship.
