There is a master bedroom with a marvelous view directly onto the Spanish Steps and an elegant bathroom with shower and green, hand-painted tiles. The fully-equipped modern kitchen is large enough to eat in and there is a small balcony overlooking vicolo del Bottino. Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment’s interior.

The apartment and is located in the famous Palazzo Pierret in Piazza di Spagna in the heart of Rome with an incredible view over the Spanish Steps and the Piazza Trinità dei Monti. Close by these prestigious locations are some of the most famous monuments, squares and streets of Rome - Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, the Capitol, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Villa Borghese, Villa Medici and Via Veneto.
All the most famous Italian and international brands, from Bulgari to Cartier, Valentino, Prada and Versace, have stores in and around Via Condotti, a few steps away. You also have the entrances to both the underground train station and the car park (parkSì) in Villa Borghese close by.

To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos (by secure server). Please note that your card will not be charged before your stay, just a check of the validity of the card will be performed. You will pay the apartment directly when you check in.
Cash is preferred for payment, although all credit cards are accepted. There is a 3% extra charge for American Express and Diners cards, requested by the aforesaid companies for payment services
