In Via Margutta, the suggestive artist’s street, in the center of Rome, one hundred meters far from Piazza di Spagna (the Spanish Steps), a wonderful and prestigious roof loft, with terrace and panoramic view over the city, furnished with elegance and endowed with all comforts.
Via Margutta is one of the most charming street of Rome, it is lined with contemporary art galleries and a few antiques shops. The Italian fil director Federico Fellini lived in Via Margutta for many years.

A large loft (60 sqm) has been created out of the original artist’s studio in which a spacious mezzanine floor has been built with double bed, tables and wardrobe connected to the large living room by an elegant walnut staircase. The room, lit by two great windows with terracotta tiled floor, includes a sitting area with two double sofa beds, a dining table, functional kitchen and a luxurious bathroom in majolica with bath, separate shower cabinet and double wash basins sunk into a marble top. Leading off the sitting room is a stupendous large terrace with a view over the roofs of Rome. The table, the overhead roller blind, the fittings and the incredible view of the city, from the Borghese Gardens to Monte Mario, offer you unforgettable moments for relaxing. Margutta Loft is located in a characteristic building in Via Margutta, the famous artists’ street. Close by these prestigiou location are some of the most famous monuments, squares and streets of Rome - Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, the Capitol, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Villa Borghese, Villa Medici and Via Veneto. Only a few minutes and you reach the “Pincio”, the fantastic terrace at the top of the Borghese Gardens from where you can look out all over Rome. From here it is easy to reach the most elegant streets (Via Condotti, Via del Babuino,…) with some of the prestigeous shops in the world (Bulgari, Armani, Valentino, Versace, Prada, Gucci, etc.).
