In 2 minutes you can reach the Colosseum, the Capitolium, and Argentina Square; in 5 minutes Piazza Navona, in 10 minutes Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna (The Spanish Steps). Crossing the bridge - through the Tiberina Isle - it takes only 5 minutes to the famous Trastevere quarter. In short: Great Location.
