We can arrange your airport transfer for Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci - FCO) and Ciampino (CIA).

How long does the journey take from the airport to Central Rome? top ^

It usually takes no longer than 60 minutes from Fiumicino Airport; Ciampino Airport generally takes less than 45 minutes. These times are only a guide, and depend upon traffic levels and your exact destination.

How much does the service cost? top ^

Rome Airport Transfer costs vary depending on number of people you are. On the booking form you will be asked to choose a service option - each service option is priced per car and you can see that price in the list. Consider 9 Euro of additional charge for flights with arrival between 2230-0600 (for night service).

How much would it cost if I used an airport taxi instead of your service? top ^

This varies from airport to airport, 40.00 Euro for a Rome Licensed Taxi, 60.00 Euro for a Fiumicino Licensed Taxi, for Ciampino you would pay approx. 20%-30% more than our rates.

If I book a car service to pick me up from the aiport, do I also have to book a car to take me back to the airport at the end of my stay? top ^

No, you are not obliged in any way to use our service for both parts of your journey. This is entirely your choice, you may leave the departure form blank if you wish. Note: all other parts of form are required.

How do I pay for my transfer? top ^

Your transfer must be paid in cash (Euro) directly to the driver when you reach your destination, 5 Euro of extra will be charged for credit card payment.

Will my driver accept foreign currency? top ^

Unfortunately not, they are only able to accept Euro

Do I have to tip my driver? top ^

This is your choice and you are not obliged to do so.

How many people can fit in one car? top ^

The transfer options are priced according to the number of passengers. A limousine is used for 1-3 passengers. If there are more than 4 passengers then we would recommend a minivan vehicle which can carry 5 people, a van can carry 8 people. If you are 4 passengers with 4 suitecases, for example, please select a minivan.

How much luggage can fit in a vehicle? top ^

The price options take into account the number of passengers and a reasonable amount of luggage - please see question above. If you feel that you have an unusually large amount of luggage, please select a larger vehicle. For example, if you are 4 passengers with 4 suitecases please select a minivan.

Can I book more than one car? top ^

Yes of course, you can book any combination and any amount of cars or minivans.

What happens if my flight is delayed? top ^

Do not worry as this is not a problem. Your driver will keep a check on flight times. He will see from your flight number, and information obtained from the airport if your flight has been delayed. Your driver will arrive at the airport in time for when you arrive. This is the case regardless of how late your flight may be.

Will I be charged extra cost if my flight is delayed? top ^

Absolutely NOT! Your driver will keep a check on the flight and will arrive at the airport in time for your arrival. You will not be kept waiting and your driver will not be inconvenienced in any way.

Will my driver know where my hotel is located? top ^

Your driver will know before you are picked up exactly where you are going to.

What happens if I wish to be taken elsewhere before going to the hotel? top ^

You may arrange this directly with your driver. If you wish to be simply dropped off somewhere in Central Rome, there will usually be no extra charge for this. However, if you want your driver to take you to one destination and then a second destination, you will be charged extra at the local rate.

When will I receive my confirmation email to confirm my booking? top ^

How do I contact you by phone in emergencies? top ^

This is not a problem, you will be given the number of your driver in your confirmation email.

Can I cancel my booking? top ^

Yes, of course you can cancel your booking within 1 day of your arrival. You can do this by email. Later cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to your credit card without further notice to you.

Is our car service insured? top ^

Yes absolutely, all cars and drivers are insured comprehensively to transfer passengers.

Are drivers tested for proficiency and knowledge? top ^

Yes all drivers undergo a test to asses their ability and their knowledge of the street plan of Rome.
