Casa Daniela is an ideal holiday apartment in the most characteristical area of Rome. A solution of comfort, tradition and finely researched details. It is located within the centre of Trastevere, not far from S. Peter’s square, from Torre Argentina and from the Capitol. An ideal postion to visit Rome on foot. The apartament is located in the heart of Trastevere, a well-known characteristical roman area of the city. Among the alleyways you will find a peaceful neighbourhood during the day and a lively
city at night with many pleasant places to go. Music events are held in piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.

Casa Daniela Apartment, 60 sq.metres recently refurbished (Jan 2005!), cosy, quite and characterisic flat in a 17th century building, completely restored. It sleeps 5+1 people in one of the most pictoresque and funcy district of Rome, Trastevere. The apartment is divided in two levels: the main floor includes a livingroom with a fully equiped kitchenette (refrigerator and all plates, glasses, silverware etc), a room with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms (both with shower) and one with a washing machine. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, a double bedrooom andabedroom with two single beds.
The apartment is on the first floor, no lift.

Crowded with traditional Roman restaurants or trattorie, pizzerias, cafes and artisan shops, Trastevere is at comfortable walking distance from the Campo dé Fiori, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, and Vatican. Perfect for a holiday in the centre of Rome.
- From Termin station: go to bus terminus, get onto line H, climb off at the 5th stop at SONNINO/S. GALLICANO, and walk along in front of the church Santa Maria in Trastevere.
- From Trastevere station: go to bus terminus, get onto tram 8, get off at the 6th stop at PIAZZA GIOACCHINO BELLI, and walk along in front of the church Santa Maria in Trastevere ….

Booking Procedure. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 24 hrs max by email. When your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that you will show when you check-in.
- To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos, please note that your card will not be charged before your stay, just a check of the validity of the card will be performed. You will pay the apartment directly when you check in.

The cost includes. gas, electricity, water, linen and towels (weekly), TV, washing machine, taxes.

Security deposit. When you check in, you will be asked to provide 100.00 Eur as security deposit in cash which will be returned when you leave the apartment - this is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay..

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 11 day before check in: 30%. From 10 days before check in: 100%. No Show: 100%

Credit Cards. Visa, Mastercard

Times. Check in from 12.00 to 19.00.
The guest must confirm his arrival at least two hours before arriving by phone. If this does not happen the owner will be not responsible for check in delays.
If the guest delays the check in time, he will have to pay the following fees:
- Euro 15.00 for a delay between 19.00 and 22.00
- Additional euro 15.00 for every hour after 22.00.

Check out must be before 10.00 am.
If check out delays are not communicated in time, the guest will pay a “day use fee” which is 50% of the cost per night. If the check out is after 15.00 the amount will be 100% of the cost per night. In both cases the owner is authorized to take the money from the deposit.

Other. If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite, during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the amount to charge on Casa Daniela specific price list.
