The Aurelia Residence San Pietro is situated at 145 Via Aurelia – one of the oldest Roman roads – in the heart of Rome, a stone’s throw from the Vatican City. Walk a few metres of the old road and reach Saint Peter’s Basilica, the Audience Hall of Paul VI, the Auditorium S. Cecilia along Via della Conciliazione and the Tunnel, which leads you to Corso Vittorio Emanuele and hence to the historical and commercial city centre.

The Apartment hotel, composed of, 25 apartments, in different sizes, elegantly refurbished and equipped with every comfort, is located in a modern residential development surrounded by vegetation and built by the owners around the mid-Seventies. The development is divided into two blocks, named “A” “Raffaello” and “E” “Michelangelo”.The Michelangelo block houses the medium- and large-size apartments, the Reception, the Club House- where the guests can enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast – and the balcony, offering a view of the magnificent dome by Michelangelo. The Raffaello block, more secluded, houses the smaller-size apartments.
A garage with 25 car parking lots is situated in the basement, with entrance from no. 141 Via Aurelia.

The Aurelia Residence San Pietro offers three types of apartments: small, medium and large apartments, all spacious, with balconies or gardens.
Just a little bit larger than the Bellini (80 square metres), it has one view onto the residential development; it is very well-lit and quiet..It is composed of: entrance, living room, kitchen plus small room leading to the kitchen with a dining area, double bedroom and bathroom. In the living area, a day bed and a hassock sleep three.

Notes: the kitchen/dining room is very nice and roomy; it can be seen from the entrance through a large arched window.

From Termini Railway stagion by public transport: Take the Subway (Line A, red one) in direction to “Battistini”. Once you go down in Ottaviano Station you walk into Ottaviano Street towards Saint Peter. When you arrive in Piazza Risorgimento you will find in your left side Crescenzio Street. On Crescenzio Strret take bus number 49 in direction to Largo Millesimo. When the bus leaves behind the Vatican’s Walls and take Aurelia Street, there you should go down. In front of you into the other side of Aurelia Street you walk down the hill and at 145 you will find Aurelia Residence San Pietro.

Booking Procedure. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 24 hrs max by email. To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos (by secure server). Bear in mind, that your card will be charged before your stay, with a Non-Refundable Down Payment: 30% of the cost of your total stay. At the check out, you will pay the rest 70% of your total stay.

The cost includes. electricity, water, gas, central heating, air conditioning in the main bedroom, taxes/Vat, linen, towels and tablecloth, twice a week cleaning of the apartment daily change of towels except on Sundays and Holiday. The Forthnight stay does not include the daily change of towels, Buffet breakfast (from 7.30 am to 10.30 am in the club house or on the roof garden.)
- Cleaning: Minimum or weekly rentals include: cleaning at the end of the stay,
twice-weekly tidying with a daily change of bed linen and towels, while the kitchen area
must be cleaned by the guests.

can be arranged with the housekeeper.

Security deposit. It is requested a Caution deposit of € 155,00 for any damage. Eventual damage found when checking the apartment will be calculated on the base of our damage’s list.

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 16 day before check in: 0%. From 15 to 03 days before check in: 30%. From 02 to 00 days before check in: 60%. No Show: 100%
