The Forum Apartment, holiday home approved by the Rome Tourist Authority is only a short walk away from the city’s most important archaeological site and the Colosseum. It is located in the Monti Quarter - once ancient Rome’s Suburra - one of Rome’s most fashionable and typical Rioni.
Cosy restaurants, shopping areas and museums, as well as a handy Underground station (Cavour 150mt) are all within reach of this comfortable apartment. The flat - 100 sqm - is on the second floor of a 17th century palazzo and is served by a lift.

The Forum Apartment, 100 sqmt, consists of a very spacious master bedroom, elegantly furnished with a comfortable kingsize bed, a comfortable walled wardrobe, direct access to its small private toilet, and air conditioning with remote control. One twin bedroom equipped with air conditioning with remote control, two single beds, a large wooden wardrobe. The main bathroom is accessible from the corridor and is equipped with a large tub finished with prestigious Italian travertine stone, hairdryer and courtesy kits for basic needs, with shower/ tub. Spacious living room equipped with dining area, two comfortable leather sofas (of which one is a sofabed), Sat TV and compact disc player. A fully equipped kitchen, with microwave and traditional ovens, a toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils necessary to cook and taste your favourite meals.
Timber cealings, “cotto” tile floors and a fireplace (for show only) are particular features of this lovely flat.

The apartment is located in the famous Monti quarter (once ancient Rome’s Suburra), only a few steps away from the Colosseum, the Roman and Imperial Forum, and surrounded by the city’s most fashionable and trendy shops and museums. Furthermore, it is served by two underground stations (Cavour stop is at 150 meters) and plenty tourist information centres.
How to reach the apartment?
- By Plane - “Leonardo da Vinci” International Airport - Distance: 35 km. There is a connection with main Termini Rail Station runs every 20 minutes. You can then take a taxi from the Termini Station, which will take about 5 minutes.
Ciampino National Airport - Distance: 25 km. Average drive time: 40 minutes
- By Subway - Take Line B and get off at the first stop “Cavour” and then from Cavour go straight on along via Leonina, where the Forum Apartment is. Before getting on the subway you must buy a ticket at one of the Station newspaper stands.
- By Walk (1.1 km.) - Starting from VIA GIOVANNI GIOLITTI (Termini Station), turn to the right on VIA GIOVANNI AMENDOLA, turn to the left on VIA CAVOUR, from there turn to the right on VIA DI SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE, then turn to left on VIA URBANA, enter on PIAZZA DELLA SUBURRA (square), stright your are on VIA LEONINA.

Booking Procedure. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 24 hrs max by email. To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos (by secure server). Bear in mind, that your card will be charged before your stay, with a Non-Refundable Down Payment: 40% of the cost of your total stay. At the check in, you will pay the rest 60%.

Security deposit. Not required

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 30 days before check in: 50%. From 29 days to 15 days before check in: 80%. After: and No Show: 100%.
