The Forum Attic is a prestigious penthouse in front of the Roman Forum (the city’s most important and ancient archaeological site). It occupies the entire last floor of an 18th century building. Equipped with all modern comforts such as air conditioning, and independent heating, this flat offers a breathtaking view on the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill from its two large terraces.
It is elegantly finished with timber slanted ceilings, parquet flooring, and huge windows overlooking one of Rome’s most exclusive views.
There is no lift in the building; entry via 48 communal steps.

Forum Attic is composed of a large, elegant living room equipped with high fidelity system, a large comfortable sofa, a matching armchair and a sofabed, a functional and romantic fireplace, and a large terrace overlooking the archaeological site; a dining area with another terrace overlooking the same splendour, an adjacent living/bedroom area equipped with a comfortable kingsize bed and a satellite television in front; a fully equipped kitchen with traditional and microwave ovens, toaster, American coffee machine and all modern comforts to prepare and taste your favourite meals. The flat furthermore has a large refined bathroom equipped with a large shower hairdryer and courtesy kits for basic needs.

The apartment is located in the famous Monti quarter (once ancient Rome’s Suburra), only a few steps away from the Colosseum, the Roman and Imperial Forum, and surrounded by the city’s most fashionable and trendy shops and museums. Furthermore, it is served by two underground stations (Cavour stop is at 150 meters) and plenty tourist information centres.
How to reach the apartment?
- By Plane - “Leonardo da Vinci” International Airport - Distance: 35 km. There is a connection with main Termini Rail Station runs every 20 minutes. You can then take a taxi from the Termini Station, which will take about 5 minutes.
Ciampino National Airport - Distance: 25 km. Average drive time: 40 minutes
- By Subway - Take Line B and get off at the first stop “Cavour” and then from Cavour go straight on along via Leonina, where the Forum Apartment is. Before getting on the subway you must buy a ticket at one of the Station newspaper stands.
- By Walk (1.1 km.) - Starting from VIA GIOVANNI GIOLITTI (Termini Station), turn to the right on VIA GIOVANNI AMENDOLA, turn to the left on VIA CAVOUR, from there turn to the right on VIA DI SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE, then turn to left on VIA URBANA, enter on PIAZZA DELLA SUBURRA (square), stright your are on VIA LEONINA.

Booking Procedure. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 24 hrs max by email. To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos (by secure server). Bear in mind, that your card will be charged before your stay, with a Non-Refundable Down Payment: 40% of the cost of your total stay. At the check in, you will pay the rest 60%.

The cost includes. water, gas, Independent central heating, Air Conditioning, TV Sat, hairdryer, electricity, linen, towels and final cleaning, taxes

Security deposit. Not required

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 30 days before check in: 50%. From 29 days to 15 days before check in: 80%. After: and No Show: 100%.

Times. Check In from midday until 2pm. Check Out before 10am

Other. On request available in the apartment First Aid breakfast Kit 30,00 Euro. Fresh milk (1lt), Nescafè, English breakfsta tea (25 bags), biscuits.
