The Leonardo apartment is situated in one of the oldest parts of the city, just two minutes far from the Basilica of St.Peter and is located on the 1st floor of a small apartment block. Complietely renewed, it boasts exposed wooden beams which immediately make for a warm and inviting ambiance.
The apartment is located within the antique Borgo which can only be accessed by foot and at the doors of the Vatican. This wonderful location lets you reach Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori and the underground in few minutes.

Complietely renewed, the Leonardo apartment boasts exposed wooden beams which immediately make for a warm and inviting ambiance. The entrance leads to the lounge which has a table that accommodates 6 people and one sofa, becoming a double bed, a kitchenette with 4 burner gas hotplate, oven, fridge and crockery and a large window with a view to the street. To your left you find a bedroom with two beds, becoming one king size bed and a big window on a garden, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with tub and another bedroom with two beds, becoming a double room bed and a big window on the street. Also included are: autonomous central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, color tv.

Borgo Vittorio, 33. The apartment is situated within the antique Borgo which is one of the most beautiful and prestigous areas of Rome. It intersects with Borgo Pio, which can only be accessed by pedestrians and it is on this street that the gates of the Vatican City open up before you. This wonderful location lets you reach Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori in few minutes.
It is well connected with the rest of the city: the subway (metro) is at 5 minutes of walk only.

How to reach the apartment from Termini Railway Station?
By public transport: Take the Subway line A direction ‘Battistini’, stop ‘Ottaviano - San Pietro’. You are in ‘Via Ottaviano’ walking straight on to ‘Piazza del Risorgimento’. Then cross the square and go straight to ‘Via di Porta Angelica’ and the 3rd one is ‘Borgo Vittorio’, where the apartment is located.

Booking Procedure. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 24 hrs max by email. To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos (by secure server). Bear in mind, that your card will be charged before your stay, with a Non-Refundable Down Payment: 30% of the cost of your total stay. Ten (10) days before the check in, your card will be charged for the rest 70% of your total stay.

The cost includes. Gas, electricity, water, linen and towels (weekly), TV, taxes and services.

Security deposit. When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in cash which will be returned when you leave the apartment - this is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
For stays of max 5 days 100,00 Eur, for stays of 6 days or more 250,00 Eur.

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 11 days before check in: 30%. After: 100%. No show: 100%

Credit Cards. Visa, Mastercard

Times. During the week, check in from 1500 to by 1900.
The guest must confirm his arrival at least two hours before arriving by phone. If this does not happen the owner will be not responsible for check in delays.
If the guest delays the check in time, he will have to pay the following fees:
- Euro 15.00 for a delay between 7.00 pm and 10.00 pm
- Additional euro 15.00 for every hour after 10.00 pm.
On Sundays and public holidays the check-in must be before 7.00 pm and it has an additional cost of euro 15.00.
Check out must be before 10.00 am.
If check out delays are not communicated in time, the guest will pay a “day use fee” which is 50% of the cost per night. If the check out is after 3.00 pm the amount will be 100% of the cost per night. In both cases the owner is authorized to take the money from the deposit.

Other. If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite, during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the amount to charge on Leonardo Apartment specific price list. The final cleaning fee is obligatory: 50.00 EUR.

IMPORTANT: We need the following info, otherwise we cannot guarantee the keys delivery:
- exact arrival time
- filght details (company name, airport name)
- client mobile number
Please contact the assistant Emanuela as soon as you arrive to the airport to fix the appointment for the keys delivery directly to the apartment. This is important because we don not have a 24 hrs reception as the hotels, the flight or the train could be late, you could have problems with luggages and not being at the apartment in time as agreed with our assistant or you could not find the apartment address.
