Pierret Apartment - 100 square metres. Great luxury and a beautiful ambience distinguish the Pierret Apartment, the most exclusive of our residences. On the third floor of the 18th-century building of the same name looking out over Piazza di Spagna, it offers guests one of the most evocative views in Rome. You can enjoy, in intimate and elegant surroundings, the view of the square, of the most famous streets in Rome (Via Condotti, Via della Croce, Via del Babuino), as well as the roofs and cupolas of the old city. The Pierret Apartment offers from 4 to 7 beds. Destined for a discerning clientele, it has two rooms connecting with an elegant drawing room suitable for receptions or for work meetings, but also for relaxing.

It has a spacious master bedroom with antique coffered ceiling, a second double bedroom, also with decorated wood ceiling, and an adjacent bathroom with bath and a panoramic view over Piazza di Spagna and the roofs of Rome. It also has a large and very elegant sitting room of 40 square metres with frescoed ceiling, marble fireplace, antique furnishings, a single and double sofa-bed and two armchairs. There is also a second bathroom with shower.

he Pierret apartment has two entrances and it can be reached by lift directly from Piazza di Spagna 20. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, direct telephone line and Internet hookup. The apartment and is located in the famous Palazzo Pierret in Piazza di Spagna in the heart of Rome with an incredible view over the Spanish Steps and the Piazza Trinità dei Monti. Close by these prestigious locations are some of the most famous monuments, squares and streets of Rome - Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, the Capitol, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Villa Borghese, Villa Medici and Via Veneto.
All the most famous Italian and international brands, from Bulgari to Cartier, Valentino, Prada and Versace, have stores in and around Via Condotti, a few steps away. You also have the entrances to both the underground train station and the car park (parkSì) in Villa Borghese close by.

To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos (by secure server). Please note that your card will not be charged before your stay, just a check of the validity of the card will be performed. You will pay the apartment directly when you check in.
Cash is preferred for payment, although all credit cards are accepted. There is a 3% extra charge for American Express and Diners cards, requested by the aforesaid companies for payment services

The cost includes. air conditioning, TV, water, electricity, hot water, gas, cleaning and clean linen & towels, final cleaning, taxes included.
