River b&b is situated just a few steps from St. Peter’s Square, at the very end of via delle Fornaci. From the main door of the building you can see the Pope’s window. The area it self is very lively during the day and quiet at night. Though, also at night, there are enough restaurants and bars where you can have good food if you are tired and don’t feel like going far away

By crossing the river, you easily reach the historic center of Rome, made of small and ancient streets with shops, markets, restaurants, pubs and beautiful ancient squares, churches etc. St.Peter, the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo are 10 minutes walking from the apartment, but you can easily reach on foot also Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori, Trastevere. Anyway, the apartment is well connected to public lines – the bus coming and going to the main station just stops in front of the building and also the taxi stop is just a few steps from the builidng

The apartment has been newly renovated and is made of 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Rooms are pleasant, bright and silent. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, tv, heater and use of the kitchenette is available for guests. The style of the furniture is modern and cosy and beds are equipped with orthopedic mattress. Breakfast can be taken either in the room or in the tables in front of the kitchenette.

From River Bed & Breakfast you can easily reach walking all of these sites: St. Peter, Castel Sant’Angelo, the Vatican, and by crossing the river you reach Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, the tiberin island and the old Ghetto. Bus 64 – stops right in front of the apartment – going to the historic center and to stazione Termini. The subway station Ottaviano-San Pietro can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
