Milady House is a large Rome apartment of almost 200 square meters located on the top floor of an elegant building – with elevator – just 15 minutes from downtown Rome. Perfectly connected with important sights like St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican (15 min by bus), Trastevere (15 min) and Piazza Navona (20 minutes), this stunning penthouse is located in one of the greenest area of Rome, just 2 minutes from the park of Villa Pamphili, in an area characterized by peace.
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, 1 big living room, 1 big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 big terrace and two balconies, laundry area.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and french size sofa-bed, a/c and en-suite bathroom and balcony. The other two bedrooms have double bed and shared balcony, one has a/c.
The living room is spacious and there is a fireplace. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, dish-washer available. The terrace is very big with a spectacular view. The laundry area is equipped with washing machine. Barbecue available.
The area is residential, green (Villa Pamphili is within walking distance), lively shops, bars and restaurants within the area.
Final cleaning fee (obligatory): 40.00 Eur

Milady House Rome Apartment is a refined accommodation in Via dei Baglioni n.19 near Villa Pamphili Park, 15 minutes from St. Peter’s Cathedral and the Vatican City. The apartment is easily reachable by car and public transportation.
How to reach Milady House Apartment
- From Termin station: go to bus terminus, get onto line H, climb off at the 17th stop at BRAVETTA/GUIDI, and walk for 300 meters to Via dei Baglioni 19.
Or, by subway, take metro line A towards Battistini and get off at Cornelia stop (10 stops). You should then take bus No 889 (BRAVETTA/CONSOLATA STOP) for 10 stops. You could then walk for 200 meters to reach Via dei Baglioni.
- From Trastevere station: go to bus stop GIANICOLENSE/STAZ. TRASTEVERE, get onto line H (DEI CAPASSO direction), climb off at the 9th stop at BRAVETTA/GUIDI, and walk for 300 meters to Via dei Baglioni 19
- To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to send your credit card infos, please note that your card will not be charged before your stay, just a check of the validity of the card will be performed. You will pay the apartment directly when you check in.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
The cost includes. gas, electricity, water, linen and towels (weekly), TV, washing machine, dish-washer and taxes.
Security deposit. When you check in, you will be asked to provide 100.00 Eur as security deposit in cash which will be returned when you leave the apartment – this is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
Cancellation policy. From reservation to 15 days before check in: 0%. From 14 days to 7 days before check in: 30%. After: 100%. No Show: 100%

Times. Check in from 12.00 to 19.00.
The guest must confirm his arrival at least two hours before arriving by phone. If this does not happen the owner will be not responsible for check in delays.
If the guest delays the check in time, he will have to pay the following fees:
- Euro 25.00 for delay between 19.00 and 22.00
- Additional euro 15.00 for every hour after 22.00.
Check out must be before 10.00 am.
If check out delays are not communicated in time, the guest will pay a “day use fee” which is 50% of the cost per night. If the check out is after 15.00 the amount will be 100% of the cost per night. In both cases the owner is authorized to take the money from the deposit.
Other. If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite, during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the amount to charge on Milady House specific price list.
It is a great penthouse, very big, spacoius, airy. It is not in the middle of the Roman centre but is is very well connected. All nicely equipped and furnished. I would go back.
